I look knackered and old. I'm considering baby botox or something similar

Anyone had something like that? Does it help? I remember reading about some new face tightening injections on here but can't remember what they are called.

I don't really have deep lines or wrinkles (just one slight 11) so i'm not sure if botox is right for what I want. I don't want a puffy face full of fillers either as I already have high cheek bones and small eyes (so I don't want that exaggerated). I just want my face a bit tighter and the edges of my mouth to not sag downwards.

I had botox on Friday after years of thinking I never would touch the stuff. I'm 45. I had it for lines on my forehead and around my eyes.

I've gone into work today and I've had several comments about how well / refreshed I look. I know it takes 2 weeks for it to settle, but so far im really pleased with the result. I feel it was absolutely the right thing for me, and I'm really really pleased with the result.

I went following a recommendation and 2 different consultations. I'm really glad I did this, because then I had something to compare to make my decision.

If you are thinking about it consultations are free. Maybe have a couple, chat about what you might be after, just to inform your decision making either way.

Thanks for answering. Do you mind me asking if your lines were deep/noticeable before? I haven't got any recommendations - I don't know anyone who has had anything done. I could get to London for it quite easily but Tunbridge Wells is nearer.

When I google it there are lots of websites saying how great it is, but I think well they would say that wouldn't they. I think I will book a consultation at somewhere local. Its called the Stradbrook Clinic and see what they say.

I wish I could remember what that injection was called tho! I'm kicking myself for not writing it down.

Thanks again.
