What can you eat to improve your skin and hair?

Obviously fruit, vegetables, oily fish, some meat, nuts, eggs, etc... Any specific tips?

I know that selenium is an important nutrient for hair growth - two Brazil nuts provide enough RDA

Also, broccoli helps with dandruff but eating peanuts increases it (feeds that bacteria that can produce it)

How can we make our diets more nutritious?

Fresh air and exercise? Do you have time for that?, gets the circulation going so must be good for skin and whole body.

Take biotin, it’s cheap as chips and definitely makes a difference.
You could base your diet on superfoods for a few months to see a difference.
