LilyLoo · 09/07/2007 20:24

my dd a size 5 and i got her a size 6/7 and ds a 12 and got him 12/13 if that any help.

CantSleepWontSleep · 09/07/2007 20:28

Where are you buying them from? On most of the UK sites you just order your usual UK size, and they convert for you.

I don't think that they run big.

expatinscotland · 09/07/2007 20:28

i got mine from the US. that could be it.

LilyLoo · 09/07/2007 20:31

i got mine from the us and had to go a size bigger , but bought the dc's from over here and stuck to their same size as dd nearly a 6.

PinkChick · 09/07/2007 20:37

Hulababy · 09/07/2007 20:38

DD's definitely run big.

expatinscotland · 09/07/2007 20:39

i got DD1 a US size 10 and she's a UK 9 and they were WAY too big on her.

Scootergrrrl · 09/07/2007 20:39

That's the US sizing - it's just two above ours.

PinkChick · 09/07/2007 20:39

so if im getting from america, should i buy a 5 or a 7?(being normally a 6?)

OP posts:
Scootergrrrl · 09/07/2007 20:40

An 8! I think....

Hulababy · 09/07/2007 20:41

DD's are a 10/11. She is a size 10.5 school shoes, and a size 11 in boots/trainers. Hers are plenty big enough, definitely couldn't wear them bigger. I know others who have had to go down a size. These are all Crocs bought in UK shops, not online and not from US.

it IS actually crocs . com im buying them from not like some dodgy ebay seller, so they should be good, but this sizing is crazy?

OP posts:
Hulababy · 09/07/2007 20:44

I think the sizing depens if you are buying them from a UK supplier or a US supplier.

If UK your normal size should be plenty big enough, hopefully not too big.

If US you will need to go up sizes, as described already.

PinkChick · 09/07/2007 20:48

ok, so by one or two?, even if i try a pair on in town this weekend, ill still be no wiser to what size to buy from usa will i if sizing different?

OP posts:
CantSleepWontSleep · 09/07/2007 20:56

If you try some on in town, look at the sizing on the bottom - will say something like W9 - that is the size that you then need to order from the US. They only come with US sizing written on them.
