Good place for affordable bras?

After many years of breastfeeding I've finally stopped and want to get new bras! Have been measured as a 34DD. My "personal spends" budget is £50 a month so don't want to blow the whole lot on just one or two bras (though I could spread it over a few months) but don't know where is both not too pricey and also good. Thanks!

Those measurements should make you a 34C not a DD

I just tried another calculator and it said 33 under bust and 37 over was a 36C! Seems like I'll need to bite the bullet and trek into town for a fitting.

@MrsMoastyToasty I am a loooooong way from Bristol unfortunately!

Try ebay and just select new. There is a few lingerie shops at decent prices.

Have you tried Boob or Bust? They best place I got my bras is Bravissimo, they just look at you and somehow just know.

Nearly all online calculators are wrong as they use the old method of adding on 4/5" to your under bust measurmeent. Many shops do this too! M&S are one of the worst offenders but some fitters at JL, Debenhams, HoF are guilty too! Go to Bravissimo or a good independent (although some of them still fit using the old method!).

Have you treasured using the link above or the Boob or Busy calculator?

M&S outlet stores - absolute bargains on underwear.

I usually buy £50 bras for £10 ish in sales from a variety of on line lingerie shops. You have to be prepared to wear colours you wouldn't normally. Personally I've come to love my rainbow bra drawrer!
