Heading to Boots later for new makeup - any recommendations for the following?

a medium-high coverage foundation for dry skin;

a nude rose colour lipstick;

a mascara for my short straight lashes that doesn't flake or rub off under my brow; and

an under eye concealer that brightens my eyes and doesn't sit in my creases - if there is such a thing!

True Match foundation is lovely.
Masterpiece Mascara is very good and I repeat buy when my Lancôme Drama one dies.
Maybelline do a concealer with a sponge thingy on top. I like the neutraliser shade but they have a good shade range for pale skin.
I suit cooler rose shades but Bourgeois have a lot of nudey roses that tip over into brown/warm shades.
