Top Shop jeans for pear shape? Aka what to buy with my birthday code

I have a 20% off from top shop till the end of the month and I don't want to see it wasted (not that I want to shop you know....)

I was thinking maybe buy jeans, as I own a pair from top shop jeans that have gotten me great comments and are as comfortable as pyjama trousers. Requirements:

• Not skinny, as summer is coming and I live in a hot country
• I am size 8-10 on top, 10-12 on bottom, with tiny waist, so needs to flatter my shape
• I don't mind distressed style, just not ripped apart
• Colourwise I like classic blue, grey and washed out black, but not sure if black would look good for summer.

Also, I could use a nice blazer or jacket to wear to work (smart casual). And I am a sucker for a cool t-shirt (figure hugging, don't do oversize).

What would you buy with 20% off? I am a cool winter, btw.

I forgot to add wide hips, after tiny waist :) that's where the difficulty in choosing jeans exists.. But I can always alter the waist at a tailor, so I don't expect it to be perfect from the start. I always tailor my clothes if they don't sit exactly right.
