Help me with my bleach disaster!

I’ve just had a full head of highlights and it has left my hair ruined! It’s straw like and feels horrible plus tonnes of it is coming out when I brush it! I’ve already got olaplex and L’Oréal smart bond and I’ve stopped blow drying/straightening but is there anything else I can do? The ends are like candy floss ☹️

I’d go back to salon. Clothing damage not usual -I’ve never had that and I’m a slave to the bleach. A good hairdresser would always want someone to be happy and make amends. I once had a colour that wasn’t quite where I wanted it and my lovely hairdresser sorted me out for no charge and we talked about how to get it where it was supposed to be! For this reason I’m a loyal customer. And mine won’t bleach if I’m too processed or just does my roots.
