If you're aged 40+, what sort of facial treatments do you like?

I enjoy relaxing facials and had CACI some years ago (around age 30, probably too young to really benefit.) I'm now late 40s and have been neglecting myself. Some local colleges are offering facial treatments for a token charge, which seems like a good way to try things. What do you use?

If I go to a salon I like Elemis or Dermalogica.

I like Elemis for anti ageing & relaxation as a lot of the products have aromatherapy oils in. I like Dermalogica for exfoliation as its not too harsh on my skin.

If I’m at home I like nip fab, dragons blood & hyalauronic acid face & eye masks. Rodial & 111 skin are also good.
