Facial scrub and acne

Hi looking for a bit of help can anyone recommend a facial scrub for my skin.I have oily and sensitive skin at the same time and am currently on roaccutane for my adult acne.I am 45 and also does anyone know if bio oil is good for acne scars?looking for reasonable prices thanks

If you’re on roaccutane, I would avoid any type of exfoliant, particularly a manual one as your skin will be too prone to sensitivity and damage. Be patient, and once the active acne is resolved after your treatment, you can resume things like exfoliation, but I’d go for a chemical one rather than a manual scrub- something like a BHA or AHA lotion/toner.
In terms of the post inflammatory pigmentation, organic rosehip oil is supposed to be very good.
