Can't find one anywhere?

I have no idea but would love to find out so here's a bump for you OP.

SorrelForbes · 27/02/2019 13:55

The problem is that nearly all of what are labelled T-Shirt bras, are of a rigid, moulded, slightly padded construction. These don't suit a lot of people as the shape doesn't actually mould to your own shape! I gave up with them and now wear unpadded balconette styles.

Favourite ones that come in nude for wearing under white/pale tops are Cleo Marcie and Panache Jasmine. They both have some embellishment but nothing that really shows under a decent thickness top.

Thedarklady · 27/02/2019 16:38

Sloggi?

elf1985 · 27/02/2019 16:40

Sainsbury's do a non padded bra which has 2 thick layers which I use under t shirts. Works just as well

ImYourWomanJonSnow · 27/02/2019 17:11

I wear simple double cotton layer triangle bras and while they work under thicker tops my nipples are definitely showing in thinner summer ones. elf you don't have the same problem?

XingMing · 27/02/2019 20:17

Chantelle Hedona is underwired, tightly formed and not padded at all. And very flattering on many bodies. Good size range too. Worth trying on, even if you don't love it.

Fstar · 27/02/2019 21:45

These are very lightly padded and soft,,or maybe get some nipple covers?

I'm never sure what size I am - how do people order online without trying first?

I know these are described as padded but as someone who never wears padded bras I find them perfect for under t shirts as they are about a third of the thickness of a normal t shirt bra. They give more coverage and are more flattering than a non padded bra but are not as rigid as a padded t shirt bra.

Look at booborbust.com/ for fitting advice - you may be a very different size to what you think, but go with it!

Djangor3725 · 28/02/2019 14:07

Xingming - would you mind advising if the Chantelle Hedona you like is the current one as it looks as though it has embellishments & a bow which will show as lumps & bumps under a Tshirt.

XingMing · 28/02/2019 20:29

It has a bow between the boobs, easily removed with one snip of sharp scissors, and a bit of lace at the top of the cup which lies flat and doesn't make bumps. I do hope this detail helps you make a decision. I have two excellent bra shops locally, and it's the only style they both stock in the full range of sizes all the time.

hugoagogo · 28/02/2019 20:38

Marks and spencers website seems to down at the moment otherwise I would link.
I recently bought a dd+ minimiser non padded bra there, it has a sort of self stripe to it and comes in black or white.
Just the thing to wear under t-shirts, I hate having seams show through, but don't need padding or want a bra that can stand up on it's own!Confused

hugoagogo · 28/02/2019 20:39

m&s bra
The website has sprung into life.Grin

Djangor3725 · 01/03/2019 06:07

Thanks for info, Xingming

nmg85 · 01/03/2019 06:16

I actually found a great one from Victoria secret that is non padded and non wired but gives good support and is very comfortable.

Margotshypotheticaldog · 01/03/2019 06:20

I find figleaves.com good. I've just bought an underwired non padded smoothing bra from there, Fantasie brand. Very comfortable and excellent support

user1497787065 · 01/03/2019 06:21

I would love to find one of these too but being 36H and seriously lopsided after a lumpectomy I have given up the search after twelve years. Any tips gratefully received.

nowlook · 01/03/2019 07:14

@XingMing

How do the Chantelle bras come up, size wise? I'm a 32d in Lise Charmel, Marie Jo etc. Also, they look a bit full in the cup- will they work for those of us whose assets have depreciated? Grin

vaz119 · 01/03/2019 07:31

I've worn this bra for years. Non padded. Seam free. Gives a lovely shape. Most bras make me really pointy due to loss of volume with weight loss!

www.belle-lingerie.co.uk/1352/fantasie/4520-fantasie-smoothing-balcony-bra/

Figleaves has it 20% off at present. Their website says it has moulded cups but it doesn't?

XingMing · 01/03/2019 08:15

@nowlook, I think their cup sizes tend to be generous but I'm not familiar with the brands you mention. I tend to size up in bikini top sizes because I have to with Freya and Panache. I'm a 32E in Chantelle, but a 32F in some other ranges. (I wish I could depreciate my assets! Any tips?)

nowlook · 01/03/2019 08:27

@XingMing

Weight loss...unfortunately it falls straight off my boobs. When I was a size 14, I was a 34f. As for the general volume, it all went to breastfeeding (about 100 years ago). I wouldn't recommend it as a strategy.
