Those of us who are chunky of calf - comfy, flat, non frumpy shoes?

Won't be long until I won't need to wear my boots so am looking for suggestions. I tend to wear dresses or skirts with tights (until at least May!) but I need comfy shoes preferably that don't look frumpy!

Vans and Superga.

Sorry posted too soon!
I've worn Monsoon pumps for the last few years, just buy several different colours and keep an eye out for them in the sale. But they offer no support although I think are quite pretty and I can wear with anything really. But I now need a compromise between looking nice and being able to walk Blush

Thanks Wandering, I'm thinking I need shoes as opposed to canvas type shoes. On the upside I had no idea Vans were so nice 😂

Hotter and Hush Puppies (though you have to be quite picky, especially with Hotter, as they are often on the frumpy end...)

This German brand is well made and comfortable (except for the nasty instep-strap models, ugh!).
I’m on my feet all day and wear trousers with ankle boots for as long as possible, but sometimes you have to go with a pair of dressy shoes. www.beggshoes.com/en-it/ara-shoes/?page=3
