OK - dinner's imminent, but presume you need something that will cover arms, so either dress with sleeves, or dress and shrug/similar? Any colours you like/don't like? What sort of budget?

No dress code that I am aware but would say it will be pretty smart. Dress with sleeves or shrug would be good. I have no major prefs with regards to colour. If it helps I am medium blonde with green/grey eyes and red cheeks!

Have a look at Monsoon in case they've got anything on sale. They size generously, so you may want an 18 there. Lovely stuff, and very good vfm in the sale. Principles also very nice, ditto re sale, but 20 is 20 there.

Or this - love the aqua colour. Obviously both of these with a shrug/bolero.
