Outfit for a wedding

Ok I have a navy suit short sleeve top with floaty quite long skirt. I also have just become the proud owner of a pashmina. How do you wear a pashmina? I wanted it to cover my arms a bit but I have no idea how it should drape

Any pashmina wearers out there?

I'd just go for just your shoulders to be honest "evening" fashion but they do tend to slip down to your elbows so you stand there tweaking it all day...
