Products to strengthen hair - or make it thick and glossy

I am mid 40s, not quite menopausal but she is just around the corner Hmm

I have always had thick hair but in the last few years it has become drier and not so easy to manage. I have regular haircuts and use a decent shampoo.

Could anyone please recommend something to give my hair a boost, either to make it more glossy or just to strengthen it. I just want it to look nice and healthy.

TIA Smile

I've tried lots of different products and had the best results with this. It doesn't work miracles, but there's a definite improvement! www.victoriahealth.com/product/Fulvic-Acid-Mist/13013/category/Hair-Loss-Treatments/318

I have been using The Ordinary Hair Serum for a few months, and even my hairdresser can see the difference it's made - my hair is notably thicker, stronger and shinier.

Also Olaplex at every haircut is a must.

Schwarzkopf do their own salon range with their version of olaplex in treatments, shampoo and conditioner which I've had great results from :)

Clarify your hair with TRESemmé Deep cleansing Shampoo and then apply a generous coating of Wella SP Luxe Oil Keratin Restore Mask leave it in for 15 minutes and then rinse it out very very well and I think you’ll be quite impressed with results.

For the dryness Maui moisture products are great , I use the revive and hydrate shampoo and conditioner. If you need a leave in conditioner you could try palmers coconut oil. Do use it sparingly though , start with one spray rubbed between palms and spread over your entire head of hair before you add more. It's really rich and heavy.
