Those who are a size 14-18, what sort of clothes do you wear?

I’m struggling for inspiration beyond skinny jeans and loose shirts!

I quite like clothes that give me a bit of shape - so nipped in waist, full skirts, over cowboy boots and maybe with a scarf or shawl to soften the lines.

I have various skater dresses in interesting fabrics which seem to work for me. Bold patterns can distract the eye nicely.

Oh, and if you're curvy, don't be afraid to show off legs and cleavage. Also, remember that no one will care as much about your stomach as you do! Sometimes I do just wear fitted clothes and to hell with it!

I like wide leg (but not palazzo) and straight leg trousers and also ankle grazers. I top them off with silky feeling shirts or a more tight fitting stretch jersey top. I've recently bought a fit & flare type dress and I love that it gives me a great shape. I use shapewear as i feel a bit flabby and always wear a good bra. I guess I like quite classic pieces and try to accessorise them with colourful necklaces or a scarf.
