Truly budgeproof mascara

Could anyone recommend some completely smudge proof, waterproof mascaras please.
I'm a contact lens wearer and think I must also touch my eyes and whatever mascara I try I look like a panda within 4 hours and need to go and wipe smudges off under my eyes (and annoyingly this is difficult as the mascara then seems to be budgeproof!!!)
In the last year I have tried varying budgets of mascara from Lancôme to No7 to Rimmel (all waterproof) and all have failed.
I loved the Lancôme Hypnose waterproof the most but I still looked like I ate bamboo by lunchtime.....
Thanks!!

Seconding the tubing mascaras here. After finding that I was feeling my lashes “bunch” with Stay Perfect I’ve since tried others and all make me look like a junkie by 1pm.

Back to the tubing I go but gonna try Eyeko as the Stay Perfect as great as it is slightly “yanks” my lashes, it’s weird.

I’ve collected the eyeko sports mascara from M&S and have it on as we speak. It hasn’t got huge volumising powers but it looks and feels nice. Will report back on panda factor later. I’m going for a walk later and it’s quite breezy out so that’s a bit of a test. If this does the trick for me I’m quitely confident it will work for you Friday. I have sensitive eyes which are dry and run a fair bit. They’re deep set and hooded which I think contributes to so many things smudging. I’ve had the best results to date with Blinc but then it started to irritate my eyes so I had to stop buying it.

ELF mascara is very good. Superdrug stock it.

Just gone to check progress in mirror. The eyeko has smudged under my lower lashes ☹️. It did look ok for about 4 hours though.

So tried them all.
Stay Perfect!
That's a game changer- wow! Amazing. Thanks.

I’m late to party but also wanted to say it isn’t always the mascara that’s the problem but whatever moisturiser you’ve put on under your eye that makes it smudge. I also use the Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder under my lower lashes and whatever mascara I use won’t budge. That said, I’ve been moving away from putting anything on my lower lashline, at least for “everyday”, as it makes my eyes look heavier as I’m getting older (52, since you asked 😉).

Tubing mascara is the one you need , but be careful as some claim to be smudgeproof and they're not , trust me I've tried them all.
The following one's are smudgeproof and are easily removed with warm water and gentle rubbing, in the shower is ideal.
Boots no7 stay perfect approx £12
E L F smudgeproof £7.50
Clinique high impact £22
Poppy sloane £15
Estee lauder double wear £20

They are all extremely good, my favourite is boots no7 , also available when they do 3for2 ,£24 for 3 is a bargain !
