Hairdresser recommendations South London

Anyone able to recommend a great hairdresser in Brixton/Herne Hill/South London area.
I'm 40ish with thinning wavy hair and can't seem to find a decent hairdresser.
I would love a hairdresser that could look at my face shape and hair type and give me a cut that suits but is trendy(ish) too.
Just cuts at the moment as I luckily don't have to colour my hair yet.
Anyone know of one I could try?

Try Jenny at Shout Hair in Streatham/Tulse Hill - ive been seeing her for years and she is great

Is it still shut FindPrima ? I’ve been going to the Clapham Willie Smarts for years but they’ve pissed me off since the new guy took over (no longer opening on Sundays and now closed with no notice to regular clients) so I’ve ditched them and jumped ship to Myla & Davis. Have been pleased so far and they’ve got branches in HH and Brixton and are quite trendy so I’d give them a go OP.

Myla and Davis at Herne Hill or Brixton are both good.

In theory the hairdressers formerly known as WS will be open after 1/2 term but I’m not sure I can be arsed at their new prices.

@FindPrimeLorca @onemouseplace I got a text to say WS were closing and my hairdresser did warn me. The new owner wants to ditch the juniors and make the stylists do the washes apparently

Not sure when they are reopening but the website says the team are working in Covent Garden until 23 Feb

I have heard good things about both Aveda salons in Streatham - Simon from WS is now at Raw Bella

I highly recommend Pauline at Kuki - Bellenden Road SE15 (Peckham / East Dulwich border). I travelled back to her for quite a while after I moved out of the area.

I have curly/wavy hair and she's excellent with it, really knows her stuff and is lovely with it.

How funny - I clicked on the thread to recommend Pauline at Kuki. I moved away from London a few years ago and it took me ages to find another hairdresser as good.
