Can you over condition dry hair?

My already curly/frizzy hair as unbelievably dry since menopausej I made a sort of cocktail of different conditions, washed my hair and left it to soak in while I had a bath

So I fell asleep in the bath and just woke up

How much conditioning is 'too much' scared to wash it out and see.....

It’ll be fine.

You need to balance moisture and protein though.

Thanks - I'll rinse it in a minute then

I don't really understand the next bit you said, sorry

Do you follow the curly girl method? I’m SUPER curly and my hair has been in great condition since using it. I’ve been fully curly girl for about 2 years now.

There’s a Facebook group that is very helpful.

My second comment was that you can over moisturise hair, you should be fine though. But curly hair particularly usually requires a balance of moisture and protein due to its structure.

No - I have hair that was wasted on me; I wash it brush it and ignore it

This is pretty much the first time I have had to do anything else to it

Actually I think it has helped but I wonder if I need a 'better' conditioner

DD is mixed and 'curly girl's when it isn't in braids - and spends ages!

Thanks - I just had a panic!
