Dyed RED HAIR advice please: best products, fading, roots, etc etc

Had my hair dyed a lovely bright red at the weekend and love it so much I'm worried it's going to fade! Tips please!

Does anyone use a home colour between salon visits to keep it topped up? Wash out/semi-permanent/permanent?

Or a gloss? Or a colour-enhancing conditioner? Any great products for red hair?

And what about root spray/powder when it starts to grow out?

I use this once every 2-3 weeks -it's a bit messy but keeps my colour lovely and bright 😊

If you must wash it, use cold water with the bare minimum of shampoo on the scalp only. The less you wash it the fresher the colour will stay.
