chevre · 03/07/2007 16:17

i am too scared to go to clothes shops atm. i have no clue what is going on with all the crazy tunic/maxi dress action.

nailpolish · 03/07/2007 16:17

either find me a nice one or talk some sense into me

sweetheart · 03/07/2007 16:32

Tutter · 03/07/2007 16:32

i can't wait to re-enter the world of Normal Clothes

JackieNo · 03/07/2007 16:33

The weather's making me give up on summer clothes and want to go straight to autumn ones. What's going to be in for autumn/winter? Anyone know?

DrNortherner · 03/07/2007 16:35

I bought some lovely lepoard print sandals at the weekend, very high and very sexy. Am out for divver tonight will wear with beige capri pants and brown v neck tight fitted long top with brown belt.

What do we think of maxi dresses?

My collegaue saw Alex Curran at Heathrow aiprt at weekend, said she is ROUGH in flesh.

JackieNo · 03/07/2007 16:36

New shoes etc sounds great.

I can't get my head round maxi dresses - only for the very tall and willowy, I reckon. I'd look pants in them (short and fat).

NKF · 03/07/2007 16:38

Have you noticed how everyone wears summer clothes despite the weather. Summer dresses, sandals and cagoules. Such an English look. I like it.

TroyMcClure · 03/07/2007 16:39

i had a tank top last winter
very useful tbh

OP posts:
BBBleedingGumsMurphy · 03/07/2007 16:42

BBBleedingGumsMurphy · 03/07/2007 16:43

woman wearing it is a bit 'atomic kitten' though.

JackieNo · 03/07/2007 16:46

I see waistcoats and think of Flashdance.

DarrellRivers · 03/07/2007 16:48

is flashdance kevin whatshisface or jenifer whatshername?
the religious one where dance is banned or the welder who waves her bottom in hte air lots to get into dance skool

JackieNo · 03/07/2007 16:49

The welder - where she goes for a date with whoever the love interest is, and takes off her tuxedo, to reveal a backless waistcoat. Seminal moment, I think.

DarrellRivers · 03/07/2007 16:50

tee hee
lol at the welder bottom shaking though
DH loves it
