OK, probably far from style, but I've seen a few people in long cagoul-fabric camouflage versions of the bog standard rain cape. Ant idea where they come from? Many thanks.

Ebay item, they are fab for festivals, wrap up small and great for sitting on too and hey you can even wear it if it rains
