Can I wear a wrap dress with tights and a polo neck?

I've been having a wardrobe clear out and have found a few nice wrap dresses that fit me for the first time in a while after losing a bit of weight. They are heavy cotton/lycra style not floaty and flimsy.

Can I wear them now in the winter with a thin black polo/roll neck and opaque black tights with boots?

I don’t normally wear polo necks despite loving them because I’ve got big boobs and it’s not a good look. I was however just thinking about wearing one under a jumpsuit at the weekend which would get around that. I say give it a try.... Uniqlo would be a good starting point.
