Where can I get Wellies, that a) don;t make me look a victim and b)don't cost loadsamoney?

I'm off to a folk festival in a couple of weeks, and if the weather stays like it is now, flup flops just ain;t gonna cut it, so I'll need wellies.

Is it possib;e to buy cheap ones that aren't minging?
