I currently use Estée Lauder double wear which I love as I can remove with warm water, or clinique naturally glossy at weekends. I have long lashes but want something a bit more volumising and that can hold a curl. I hate anything that clumps or smudges! Has anyone got any good suggestions?

Thanks!

Hourglass is available in a small travel size, maybe worth a try!

Any lancome

NotquitewhatImeant · 21/01/2019 18:37

Lancôme seems really popular! Now dithering about a Lancôme one too. What would be best if I want curled and thicker but not clumpy?

but imo the Rimmel one is better!!

I have the worst eyelashes. They are short, stumpy and have no curl. None. They point downwards instead of up. The only things that work for me are eyelash curlers, then a layer of Benefit Roller lash (this is the best ive found for curling but not great for volume). Then I use the curlers again and use a layer of Lancome Hypnose and then maybe another layer of roller lash to comb them through. Extreme but no other mascara is even visable on my lashes.

I use Lancôme hypnose for day. Not dollseyes as that is clumpy. For evening I like by terry doubletwist as more dramatic but without the clumpy spider eyes look.

verite · 21/01/2019 19:06

Oh and always shu umera eyelash curler first. Makes huge difference

Try the Primark waterproof one, honestly, it's £2 and as good as anything else I've tried. Aqua Lash.

Max Factor 2000 Calorie - by far the best mascara I've used for volume (and I've used a LOT Grin)

formerbabe · 21/01/2019 21:56

Lancome hypnose is amazing

I also like max factor 2000 calorie

I thought isn’t come back with an update: I’m wearing benefit roller lash now and I like it. I picked up the small size in boots and when I first applied it I hated it, cursed you all and immediately removed it. However, I’ve worn it three times since and really like it. I think I wasn’t using the brush right the first time. It’s very fluttery, not especially volumising but it gives me very ‘pretty’ eyes if that makes sense. I am however also tempted to try Lancome hypnose now to compare.

i have Lancome hypnose and it is (imo) the best Lancome one but it does clump quite quickly. it doesn't last well i find.

TacoFlavouredKisses · 27/01/2019 16:12

Loreal Paradise Eyelash Primer under Roller Lash is my daily go - makes a real difference to the volume!

TellItLikeItReallyIs · 27/01/2019 16:26

On a budget: Max Factor 2000 calorie
Not on a buget: Dior Show

No 7 Stay Perfect (remove with warm water) or Hourglass Caution (remove with eye makeup remover). The latter comes in a travel size if you want to try before you commit to a full size one. It only comes in black. The no 7 comes in black or brown/black.
