A non fitted bum covering petite crisp white shirt

Morning all. I am looking for a white shirt that covers my bum, or at least most of it. I am short, 5.1", I think, size 10, sometimes 12 around the hips area, depending on the brand. The difficulty is that normal shirts do cover my bum, but they gather so badly on my back they look awful. I have recently purchased this one and it's a disaster for me: www.marksandspencer.com/pure-cotton-long-sleeve-shirt/p/p60209935?image=SD_01_T43_2108T_P6_X_EC_90&color=SOFTWHITE&prevPage=srp
Ideally, an A line shirt I guess, but not too baggy on the front as that just swamps me. I have a flat belly so I don't need to conceal anything there. Anyone seen anything that fits the bill? It needs to be white and cotton. Cheers!

COS often have things like this? I also bought something like this from Uniqlo last year from the ultra fine cotton range

My current shirts are from COS. They're okay, still gather though. Will check uniqlo, thank you.

I too want a Mia Wallace shirt

Try Muji

I’m a similar size to you and I find a lot of shirts that are styled to cover the bum swamp me. Petite ranges are sometimes better proportioned for me.

A shitt that length will make you look even shorter. It's not a flattering point to cut your body

Er, this is a holy grail item. Threads haven been started before on this. They did not end well.....

Sorry can't be more help!

I have a cotton one from Tommy Hilfiger that is perfect - could be worth checking ‘preppy’ traditional stores like Hilfiger which have lots of different shirt styles and trying a few to find that perfect fit for you.

Your figure/height is very similar to mine. I recently bought this shirt from new look, it skims over my hips and bum nicely and the quality is surprisingly good for the price. Not sure if it is smart enough though- will you be wearing to work? www.newlook.com/uk/womens/clothing/tops/white-linen-blend-overhead-shirt/p/606142010?comp=Search

Chitterchatter51 that's a nice shirt, did you buy a size 10? Not what I need for work but might get it anyway for casual...

Yes mine is a size 10, it’s a loose oversize fit. I am a tiny bit taller than you. It’s nice with jeans 😊

I'm confused...surely any non-fitted is going to be gathery at the back ? Or are the proportions of the fitted ones not right for the shorter ? (I have a bit of a problem with fitted stuff as my body ratio doesn't suit this style

I have this ASDA shirt that just covers my bum and isn't too baggy. It has sleeve buttons so can be long of 3/4 length
