Mascara and ?brow make up for pale/blonde brows with reddish blonde hair and English Rose complexion

I have very pale brows and always look a bit washed out on photos despite make up so am wondering about using a little make up on them. I hate the current very obvious brow look and think it looks ridiculous so not after that. I want to keep it natural. Also hoping someone can recommend a brilliant mascara that's not black? Chanel used to do a bronze brown one that was lovely but sadly they stopped making it. I currently use L'Oréal million lashes waterproof mascara as has been the best one that doesn't end up smudged.
On a daily basis I wear foundation, face powder, mascara and if I'm feeling adventurous bronzer on my cheekbones. I'm a sahm so generally walking the school run and doing housework/running errands so no need for much make up. I'd just like to look a little less meh.
My hair is kind of golden-a mixture of soft reds and blondes. Eyes are blue, cheeks have a tendency to be flushed hence the foundation.

Any recommendations or suggestions?

Wunderbrow do a range of colours including 2 blonde shades. It last 3 days if applied on clean dry skin/brows. Its £20 from boots and lots of YouTube vids on it. You could also use a blonde eyebrow pencil slightly darker than your natural brows and lightly go over your hairs
I suggest using a brown mascara or black brown if u cant find an actual brown one. Im Naturally v dark haired and even i use black brown mascara. Jet black mascara and liner is very ageing and a good make up artist would tell anyone that. If people used brown more instead of black they would be surprised at how much younger they look

Mac brow pencil in Fling was recommended to me and I use that. It’s my eyelashes and eye make up that lets me down. Any brown eyeliner recommendations ?

I'm blonde & use Clinique soft blonde Superfine liner for brows.

Also like Boots no7 soft powder liner in brown as an eyeliner.
