Hello, wondering if anyone else has had problems with uniqlo recently?

Ordered two jumpers, neither were right for me so did a return via my hermes. Several weeks later no acknowledgement and no refund.

Emailed customer services a week ago but no reply, only a holding email.

I shop online a lot, have only had rare problems all of which were sorted when I got in touch.

Is there customer service just terrible, are there problems at the company?

Any suggestions as to how to resolve appreciated. Order was £60 so can't go down credit card route. Unfortunately list my hermes receipt but was logged in store and I know date and time plus I have a really unusual surname.

Thanks Katy

I ordered some of their comfort jeans about a month ago. None of the colours fitted and they got returned via Hermes. The email confirmation of return arrived about 3 days later and a full refund was duly issued.

I'm guessing that it's the time of year as they are usually great.

If a retailer has not refunded you and you can prove you have made several attempts to recover the money you can contact your bank if you payed with your debit card and request a charge back. They will open a dispute and refund you, it will then be up to the retailer to prove you shouldn’t get a refund, so if you have already returned through the courier this shouldn’t be a problem. Did the courier give you a receipt when they collected the items?

Have you tried to Facebook message them? I find companies respond a lot better and quicker though social media than just email.

Also you'll be able to prove that they've read the message/ignored it which will be in your favour if you need to make a complaint to your bank
