oh bugger - am having mine done in a couple of weeks - pls say something good about it.

purpleturtle · 26/06/2007 12:56

how do you manage to be warm and wear black? I thought only the cool colours included black.

I love the difference having my colours done has made. Although I had my style done last week, and apparently, although I can wear lots of different things, anything I actually own isn't right!

Shame. I'll have to go shopping.

purpleturtle · 26/06/2007 12:57

To work out how good it is, ggirl, I think you have to go with what they've said. Invest in something in the the colour they told you was absolutely fantastic (in my case, coral) and wear it. Once people start giving you compliments, you'll be won over.

What are your eye / hair colours? Personally I think the clear group has some of the nicest colours, a really wide range.
Is it soft muted colouts that you can't wear?

brimfull · 26/06/2007 13:02

I have dark brown hair and blue eyes

Who did you have to do it?

I am about to have a mahoosive wardrobe clearout and want to buy some new clothes. Would like to have colours done then pick up some nice pieces in the sales.

ktmoomoo · 26/06/2007 13:02

not know wat u all talking about lol i really must get out more lol

purpleturtle · 26/06/2007 13:03

I've realised that having ditched all the black I ever had, I now need to get something to hang in the wardrobe in case I have to go to a funeral. Don't think coral or apple green would do, really!

Probably need a navy suit, but need to wait till straight skirts are back in.

HuwEdwards · 26/06/2007 13:04

kt - it's where someone sits you down and works out which colours suit you and which don't (a la Trin and Suze).

purpleturtle · 26/06/2007 13:04
