Alice Bow insoles, zero customer service - anyone had any successful dealings with them

I ordered some insoles 28 day ago and am still waiting for them, despite the initial order stating 7 working days. then had an email saying there is a delay and it would be maximum 10 days. No problem at my end apart from being annoyed as the event I wanted them for has come and gone....

I have still not received them, tried emailing and calling, left messages as it went to voicemail, no response. Starting to wonder if this is a scam? Then to top it all off I get an email today asking if I would do a review on their website - no I bloody wouldn’t as I can review something I never received in the first place!

I know it was only £14.99 but wondered if anyone else has had a better experience ordering through them if and if they are legit!

I bought some insoles from Alice Bow a couple of years ago and they were fine. Sorry to hear you're having problems. Just keep trying to contact them I guess.

Thanks for the replies, know I can always rely on Mumsnet for help.

Have looked on “trustpilot” and seems my fears were correct. It’s a shame as everyone seems to like the product, when they finally receive it, but they just have problems with their supply chain and communications.

Update- OMG I finally got a response from them today. They said dispatched on 21st November, funny I didn’t receive them (sarcastic tone) and will send me out some new ones.

Watch this space to see if they ever arrive! I remain ever hopeful....
