Please explain i have never heard of it......

Rubyslippers · 25/06/2007 14:37

they use thread/cotton to twist and pull the hairs out - sounds like a medieval torture but actually isn't

laneydaye · 25/06/2007 14:38

I have mine threaded too, agree much better than other methods. Laneydaye, they use tightly coiled threads that they loosen slightly, get the hairs between then pull tight again to remove hairs. Someone who is skilled at it can gat a fab shape, much quicker than with twezzers and less painful than waxing as it desn't pull the skin.

Hulababy · 25/06/2007 14:39

Was looking at this in Selfridges last week. Was much more expensive though, at £15.

Waxing costs me £7.50, and I assumed threading would be more.

NuttyMuffins · 25/06/2007 14:40

I want this done. A friend of mine has hers done and they always look fab.

Rubyslippers · 25/06/2007 14:40

lasts longer - I am going back in 2 weeks

honestly was so much better than waxing where you wait for them to put the wax on and then they have to smooth the strip over and riiiiiiiiiiiiiip!
