Not seen the dress - so complete random guess - but bombshell do tartan dresses.

I'm not watching it but the Pretty Dress Company seems to be really popular with TV presenters and they have quite a few tartan dresses on their website so may be from there?

I had a look on that site. It amused me that they "hide" the fact that they go up to a 24, like they're ashamed or something...

Anyway. Was it the red tartan dress you were looking at OP? That's gorgeous - and well done howtodeal, you're gooood.
