Can anyone in their late 30’s tell me their skincare routine (with products)?

I’ve got three little children and with little time and sleep I’ve stopped taking care of myself . I’m going back to work soon and want to sort out my horribly neglected skin (among other things). All I do at the moment is wash it with the children’s shower gel

I’ve been trying to work out what to do and buy but there’s so much to wade through. I am hoping to use the power of Mumsnet to find someone like me who can tell me what they do and use

I’ve got combination skin, lots of redness. I’ll buy products as Christmas presents for myself so I’m happy to spend some money.

I'm 38, and suffer occasionally from rosacea on my cheeks and nose.

My skincare routine is:
Nivea gentle foaming face wash
Nip & Fab glycolic pads (helped my rosacea redness massively)
Nivea Q10 serum (or Aldi's copy which is just as good)
Nivea Q10 day cream
SPF50 during summer, 30 in winter

At night I use Nivea night cream.
I don't work for Nivea, but due to my rosacea I have experimented with many, mamy skincare brands and my Dr told me to only use that, and he was right.
I am thinking of introducing a retinol but have read mixed reviews of how rosacea reacts to it.

I wouldn't necessarily feel you have to spend loads- a decent cleanser, serum and moisturiser are a good start.
