I have reached the age of 32 without ever having my hair dyed. But sadly yhr grey is starting to come through a little bit. I can't afford to go to the salon to get it done so need one I can do at home. But I have no idea what dye to buy. My hair is dark brown with grey streaks so what colour should I buy?

It depends how much grey you've got. Mine is nearly all grey . I use Garnier Nutrisse (permanent) - nice colours, don't smell too much, go on nicely and is suitable for covering up to 100% grey hair. Check the boxes as they will tell you if they are suitable for covering grey and if so how much (50%, 100%). When you do dye your hair put a smear of vaseline around your hairline and tips of your ears as if you get any on your face or ears it can be really hard to wash off.

use a comb to brush the colour through your hair. get a good friend to do it for you.
