Good mascara & skincare suggestions please

Any suggestions for a good mascara that doesn't smudge easily or clump please?
Over 40 so my eyelashes could do with some help!
Also any recommendations for eye cream & moisturiser (or indeed anything) to help a 40 something woman but that doesn't cost the earth please.

I’m not an expert but I really like the feel and smell of body shop skin care and at the moment their drops of youth and oils of youth range is 40% off which is very rare. I’ve got drops of youth concentrate which is like a serum then the moisturiser.
For mascara roller lash by benefit separates the lashes well and their brow mascara is brill. I was given both last year for Xmas and used since. I’m in 40s.

Aldi mascara I used to use high end brands....not anymore!!
