Twicely- has anyone had a payout or communication with them recently?

I’ve sent a few bags of clothes to Twicely over the past year and they’ve been quick to sell and then pay out to me. Their communication has been good and no issues.

I realised last week that I’d not had a monthly consignment report from them since August and have tried emailing and calling but no response. Looking on their site it seems my latest items have sold.

Worryingly there are some bad reviews on Trustpilot over the past month, although they are still selling many items on eBay. When I messaged them on eBay as a prospective buyer they responded almost instantly but when I asked them about my items they went very quiet.

Has anyone else had contact with them recently?

Actually thinking about it no I haven’t
They did sell most of the things I sent and have paid me but they still have one or two items, I just assumed they hadn’t sold

Have you checked to see whether they are still for sale? They had a few expensive items of mine which were being advertised in September, have disappeared from their site and from eBay now but no communication or pay out.
