Where would I find an ankle length black satin/or similar skirt, size 18/20, in June?

Basically, I have a gorgeous, gothy velvet top dh bought for me & I've yet to wear. It's raspberry velvet with lacing.

I can't wear it with any of my long black skirts - they're all velvet (I'll look like a sofa) or full (I'll look like a mediaeval serving wench).

I need something long, black & slinky. Plainer the better! I'm nearly 6' so it needs to be properly long.
