dh said I always dress the same now jeans and tshirt since having the dd's maybe I need to make an effort sometimes (saying that he is now laying on the sofa in a pair of shorts and tshirt asleep)

I didn't hear that - I thought he had had a girlfriend before her - but he was her first ? She is still jealous about that girlfriend I think and she thinks he is looking at other girls all the time.
