Office wear holy grail - beautifully soft white/cream top

Hello wise women
I’m looking for a lovely soft white or very pale cream top, sleeves are elbow length or longer, neck is either cowl or boat, maybe scoop or V. It’s lightweight enough to put a jacket over for meetings but not see through. It’s luxurious feeling and doesn’t make me sweat like polyester. It flows. It costs up to £60. Does it exist?

Hobbs Cesci sweater might fit the bill. I bought it recently and really like it for work. Hobbs will do a discount for Black Friday if you can wait for next week.

It is poly but you won’t get good quality non-see through silk or cotton at that price point.

I have a couple of Phase Eight tops that fits that description! Worth a look (EBay too).

I've bought 2 beautiful cream silk blouses on e-bay for approx £30 each. A Whistles one and a Jigsaw one (which was brand new, never worn). They are classy, classic, go with work skirts and trousers, I get compliments every time I wear them, and they are beautiful to wear. I do wear a silk cami under them as they are a bit see through. But they are my best buy for work this year.
