Yes to the bolero, as long as the trousers are plain. And definitely hair up, as spykid says, and either big earrings, or a big necklace, but not both.

love the cut on the leg of those, but the high waist may mean you dont get as much wear out of them as lower waist trousers
high waist = v now, and v unflattering
