Hi

I have lost quite a bit of weight and am starting to wear strappy / sleeveless tops but, even though I keep my armpits clean shaven, they always have a dark tone to them and I'm a bit ashamed of them.

Anyone have any tips of how to even then tone a bit. I've tried the nivea pearl deo and a vaseline one but still no luck.

Thanks for any help!!

mine are like this too and i dont think there is anything we can do about it!! as long as mine are clean shaven when wearing a sleeveless top, i dont worry too much about it. unless you are doing some kind of sport with your arms flailing in the air, then i dont think people can see very much under there!

Blimey, is it considered shameful to have darker underarms? Why? Is this not just some paranoia that the makers of these shiny deodorants have put in your mind? I have seriously NEVER considered the colour of my underarms

I am sorry this is worrying you

i think we just worry that it looks 'dirty' under there. i persomally have never tried to lighten them because i honestly dont think there is anything that can be done. iti s the colour of the skin, so lighening would have to consist of some sort of bleaching.and for me that is a non starter!
