Little girl party shoe (navy blue) that fits a high instep?

Has anyone found kids shoes (size 12) that are partyish and which fit a very high instep? Can’t just go up a size, her feet are so narrow that she just slides around in them. But anything in her size cuts in across the top of her foot.

My back up plan is to find some glittery ballet shoes as they’re soft and the elastics make them fit, but that’s providing tricky too, as they need to be navy blue.

I’ve had a look at our usual brands (Bobux and Plae) but there’s nothing partyish. This is for a big occasion, so happy to pay school shoe prices for the right thing.

Anyone? Please. Before I start considering buying white ballet shoes and dyeing them and no doubt ending up with a blue splashed kitchen...

Look at Primigi shoes. They are lovely and when DD was younger, they were perfect for her narrow feet.

Thanks! How do Primigi come up in terms of depth? Most shoes cut into the top of her feet. Apparently they’re perfect for ballet but unfortunately that’s not her thing... and a nightmare buying shoes. The number of Velcro tabs that don’t do up over her feet is ridiculous.

Morgan and Milo are good but I don't know where you can buy them in the UK.
