Knomo backpacks and tote bags - are they worth it?

I've started working in two locations in the same town and feel like a pack horse carrying laptop, paperwork, lunch, etc from place to place.
I fancy an improvement on my current handbag plus carrier bag plus nylon folding bag combo so am looking for a practical and ideally stylish alternative.
I like the look of Knomo but wonder if they're worth the money?

Nowhere on MN have I read of any regretted Knomo purchase, BUT I don't have one or the need for one these days. I would have wanted to investigate further if I were buying 20 years ago. They sound really practical.

Thank you! More than I'd usually spend so perfect advice; I need enabling.

I posted last week asking for backpack recommendations for work and Knomo came up several times. I ordered one and whilst I've only had chance to use it once so far it's more comfortable than I was expecting

I've just bought the knomo Maddox. I love it! Easily fits everything including laptop and water bottle and loads of pockets for phones/ travel cards etc. It's a revelation just having one bag for everything instead of two (no separate chunky laptop bag!).

Love Knomo backpacks. I've had three over the years and they are fab! Comfortable, fits everything and plenty of positive comments on the bag, including from random strangers.

My only disappointment is that I see more and more people are using them. I no longer feel like I'm in a secret club of Knomo worshippers...

I have a nice blue backpack for my laptop I bought in the sale at JL a few years ago I always get compliments on it and I really like it.

Thanks all and especially Lobster for bumping the other thread. Now I need to decide...so hard. I'm tempted by the squarer shaped ones, Harewood , Dalston or even a roll top style. I think I'll order a couple online for choice.

I have two Knomo laptop bags and they are lovely, really well made and keep their looks. If they made more casual type shoulder bags I would definitely get one of those as well ( in the sale hopefully!)

I like the design of mine, but haven't really tested it out properly yet. So they definitely look nice (I am really fussy) and seem to be well designed but can't comment on the practicalities.

They are really good quality and hard wearing. I gave a couple of different ones. Just think carefully about the weight / carry-ability of the handbag styles. I gave gorgeous one that I rarely use because it weighs a ton!

I've had a Knimo laptop bag for about 10 years, picked it up in TKMaxx not knowing the brand, for about £25. It's been brilliant, still looks as new, is plain black and padded but stylish, has years left in it and I regularly get compliments on it.

I'd definitley invest in one if this one died.
