Dressy, drapey top to go with pleather skinnies?

Could any one suggest the above - pleather skinnies are my go-to for nights out - have them in navy, black and burgundy - need a new top to go with. Needs to be bum -covering, drapey to hide the muffin top (but not tent-like) and not high necked. Silky type maybe. Does such a top exist? Suit jewel colours. Size 14/ 34e and budget up to £60. TIA

I just bought 2 in Wallis, one in grey the other in Burgundy. I’ll see if I can find them and link. They hang nicely on me.
