Need a good wig shop in London... hair loss related

I’m getting pretty desperate now... I’ve had a hair loss problem for a long time and for the last 5 years have had an intralace system which has hidden it really well. However the one I currently have is really on its last legs. I don’t want to get a new system as they are incredibly expensive (roughly £2k to have it first done and then £2-300 a month to maintain) and my DH and I want to start a family soon so I just can’t justify spending that amount of money on my hair. I need to get a decent wig asap, but ideally one that will look similar to my system and not be glaringly obvious!

Does anybody have any recommendations for somewhere I could try?

Not London but Home Counties. I can really recommend Hair to Ware in Ware, Herts. I got a fantastic wig in there (chemo) but they deal with all sorts of loss and came highly recommended.

I’m a full time wig wearer. I don’t know anywhere in London but what I did initially was make an appt with one of the online retailers to try on loads, then buy online. I use Simply Wigs and Valentine Wigs.

I used to see a lovely hairdresser in Crystal Palace who also made wigs, I think she sold them via John Bell & Croyden round the back of Selfridges. This was a good 5 years ago at least though. The hairdressers was called Forty Seven and I think she was called Heather.
