Secret support tops - any recommendations?

The thing is, I hate wearing a bra and will avoid it whenever possible. This isn't a fit issue - I've had a proper fitting and I've also tried the BOB sizing method - it's just me! I can't bear a tight band around my ribs / under my breasts. I do have some reasonably comfy bras for work but the first thing I do when I get home is take it off. I would really like an alternative for when I don't really need to wear a bra but also don't want to be completely hanging loose, ahem, iyswim. So are there any good secret support tops, preferably vest tops, with some support and lift that are not too restrictive, and don't create a mono-boob? Any suggestions / links gratefully received!

I had some great ones from primark a year or so ago. They're moulded like t-shirt bras so they might not be as soft as you want, but they don't have a band.

Or just find tips that aren't clingy so no one notices what you're wearing underneath... this is often my technique, but I have tiny boobs!

Thanks for responding Karachii Smile

I honestly wish I had smaller boobs so I could do without a bra altogether but as it is, it's pretty obvious when I'm not wearing one, especially as I've got older!

I think I would probably need a top with an internal band for it to work for me.

M&S used to have great secret support tops, but I've just gone to their site to grab a link for you and can't find them!!

I've seen a few on Uniqlo which look great, they even have them in dresses, but I haven't tried them personally.

I have some M&S ones but do think they are a bit mono-boob.

I also have these:

They are ‘nursing’ tops but have no clips or anything, just easy to pull down. They have nice cup separation, removable moulding in the cups and provide just a little bit of uplift.

What about some soft crop tops to wear at home? I wear them all the time at home and I’m 32G.

I got some off eBay but my favourite ones were reduced in Poundland for 49p BlushGrin Really wish I’d bought more.
