New IG trend of jackets hanging off shoulders? Whats this about then?

I've seen a few IG posters who seem to think it's alluring to wear a jacket in such a way that one shoulder is showing. Sort of posing while half getting dressed, but not looking like you're getting dressed or undressed. This is boggling me.

Yes it is an odd thing.
I was out on Saturday night and ate dinner looking at two sets of nipples.
Apparently sheer tops with no bra are also a thing.
If I wore that for dinner you wouldn't even see my nipples as the would be hidden by the table
