Hair colour - how do I remove the stain from my skin?

Had a semi-permanent today, and realised when I got home that there is a stain next to my scalp, any idea what to remove it with? Thanks...

If you're very careful, you can use nail polish remover on a cotton ball but please wash and moisturise your skin after!!!

dyed my hair this morning, and wasn't particularly careful.

Have just washed, and washed and washed and it has faded to a vague kind of dirty look now.
