Another help me do the glam thing - FEET, I want nice ones.

Never took much notice of them before, and have discovered a bit of hard skin on the bottom of one of them, and, I am cringing even as I admit to this, but I habit of picking at my toes nails, so they just look awful, how do I do a home pedicure, and what do I need to do it, and anything else that you think might help me would be great

i dont know about flexitol. first i ve ever heard of it. but here is what i do.
when you wash your feet in the shower, use exfoliater on your feet. someitmes just the gentle face type one, sometimes the body one, sometimes use a salt scrub type one. and then, moisturise, moisturise moisturise. at least every timeyou shower, preferably also just before bed. the night timeone should be with some richer, like vaseline etc.
i rarely use a pumice stone typ e thing, as i always feel it must be a breeding ground for bacteria, but i dont use body puffs for the same reason either.
trim nails, or file. nailpolish isnt necessary, clean feet are!
