Best hair removing cream for sensitive skinned teen

Have a young teenaged DD who suffers with eczema but would like to remove leg hair. Eczema is not on lower legs where she would be removing.

Reading other threads on this subject it seems creams are a better bet than razors so if you have found a great hair removal cream for sensitive skin please could you share it.

My dd just shaves. She likes the olia blades as they have wee soap bars so don't need shaving gel
