Please can you help me find a handbag for my new job?

I've just started a new job, and could do with a new work bag. Trouble is, it needs to do the following:

  • Fit an A4 hardback notepad and associated pens etc
  • Fit my iPad mini (preferably in a padded section), charger, and two mobiles.
  • A bottle of water, as if I'm on site, there's not always a kitchen - ideally in a waterproof section
  • My lunch (again, not always something around to buy)
  • General handbag junk, like make up, deodorant, plasters, purse etc

I work partly on building sites / inspecting houses, and partly in an office with formal meetings etc.

Any suggestions? Oh, I'm skint as well, so maximum of £100 really.

Thank you Smile

I keep seeing ads on instagram for miatua ( I think) bags which seem like they may fit the bill

I have no experience of them but wondered about them for my teacher DD. Cambridge satchel company are awesome too but very expensive. Jeep do good laptop backpacks, my DH has one. Congrats on new job

I have two Shona Easton Nicky bags.
Big leather tote style. I can carry a small laptop in them! I use handbag organisers to keep things together. The colours change by season but are currently black, brown or purple I think!

I have this one which fits all my stuff in, similar to what you carry. It’s big and can be heavy as I carry loads round with me but it never feels uncomfortable to carry.

I would look for a smart backpack.

I use a River Island bag for work, it's in a nude pink with some rose gold & white.

They do a large selection of bags for work that are affordable, attractive & smart.
